Jennifer Wells, Senior Manager, Game and App Publishing at PBS, has been developing educational games for kids for over 15 years. At PBS she creates educational mobile games and apps for children, working with some of PBS’s most widely recognized television programs such as SUPER WHY, Dinosaur Train and Sid the Science Kid. Her apps have received wide recogntion for innovation and quality, and have consistently been in the top rankings in the iTunes App Store. She’s studying towards a PhD in Communication at Auckland University of Technology; her dissertation will use multimodal interaction analysis to explore how children interact with content on touch screen devices.
